Your Corrected Sign

The Convergence

The convergence of science and tradition has led us here. With an open-mind, I ask you to read the Corrected Zodiac dates below. Remember, these reflect the constellations that the Sun actually rose through on the day you were born. This idea is what the zodiac was conceived upon, and to not use it today is to go against what its creators believed thousands of years ago. We cannot deny where the Sun rose on the day we were born, and I will try to help those who have a new sign to embrace why they fit in their new home. For those that have stayed the same, take a new-found certainty in your sign. Either way, have the confidence of knowing what you are, and help explain to others the importance of the Corrected Zodiac.

It’s important to remember that humans are complex beings. There is no way to shove the entire scope of our feelings and personality into the small glimpses offered to us by the zodiac signs. The zodiac signs, in my opinion, serve more as a reminder of what our potential strongest qualities may be, both positive and negative. They give us guidance on what we may be best at, or what to look out for as potential flaws. My suggestion is for those who have changed signs, especially those who felt very at home with where they were, to reflect introspectively as if you were always your new sign. What big moments in your life make sense based on this thought? How do your new and old signs overlap? How do they differ? Obviously, most of us can relate to at least a few qualities from each sign. Very few of us can say every attribute of our sign, whether traditional or corrected, is 100% “us”. Changing your mindset to your new sign and giving these new attributes a shot might lead you to learning new things about yourself that you failed to see before. Sometimes changing the lens through which you view the world allows you to see things that you’ve never noticed before, but that have been present all along.

Additionally, the world is far more complex than it was thousands of years ago. The idea of being a mix of your two signs based on the old traditional dates and where we are today with the Corrected Zodiac is an interesting and exciting thought. As our lives have become more complex with time, a blending of the signs may be the perfect bridge to help many of us see where we belong. This idea of blended signs is something I hope to learn more about as more people learn of the Corrected Zodiac.
